MY build process
My aim is to deliver a quality, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted build based entirely on your design concept. Listed below is my five step buildout process which provides a successful foundation to the actualization of your dream rig.
STEP ONE
Drop into the CONNECT area of the site to complete & submit the submission form. Please provide as much detail as possible so I have a good feel as to what your wants & needs might be. I will review your submitted details & follow up as soon as possible to schedule the next step of the process.

STEP TWO
After you complete & submit the requested submission form, I will review the details of your project to see if your projects wants & needs align with what I have to offer. I will then schedule a time for us to meet face to face. This is where we get to know one another better, ask all the pertinent questions, feel each other out & see if working together will make for a positive experience.
It is preferred to have your project vehicle with you during the initial meetup.
MEET & GREET
STEP THREE
Once we’ve met face to face & we are both inclined to move forward, I will schedule the consulting session. This is where talk specifics about your design ideas including aesthetics, electrical, plumbing, the layout, the entire look & feel. I will work up design ideas, assess material needs & assemble all the component lists that will ultimately come into play to complete your dream build. This consultation process is provided for a flat rate fee payable upfront. After the consulting concludes, a formal build proposal will be generated reflecting my pricing, payment terms & build timeline.
If you decide to move forward & take the next step, this fee will be deducted from the total labor cost of your build.

STEP FOUR
Once the consulting has commenced & you’ve chosen to move forward with me as your builder,
all that is left to do is submit the deposit and I will schedule your build start date.

You bring me the van for dropoff & I get started on building out your dream rig!
It should be noted that no build ever goes perfect nor exactly as planned. Although I always strive to deliver the very best, there will always be unforseen hiccups, small changes, tweaks & modifications to the original design. We will meet at my shop frequently throughout the process in what I call waypoint meetings. These scheduled meetups provide you the opportunity to see the process of your buildout unfold as well as problem solve, develop solutions & make design adjustments to ensure the build stays the course towards completion.
