THE LOUNGE.
The sofa lounger is comprised of a single 46” wide ultra-plush, high-density cushion with ultra-premium fabric seated upon two generously-sized storage drawers complete with soft-close drawer slides. Features an all-birch plywood construction with a butcher block armrest stained/coated to match countertops. The armrest features a custom stow-away hideout nest for the Lagun table top system. Overhead is a pair of large storage cabinets for additional stow away solutions complete w/ hydraulic lift arms & latch closures
Nestled between the sofa & bed, the bar area features a premium Dometic brand fridge & freezer combo seated below a butcher block countertop enclosed in a fully ventilated all birch cabinet. A pullout beverage cabinet on soft-close drawer slides is perfect for storing your favorite bottles of wine, liquors, assorted beverages, etc. This can also be utilized as a pantry with plenty of room to stow-away the essentials. Conveniently located on the wall above the countertop are a dedicated 120 volt outlet & USB outlet. Directly above the bar sits a large storage shelf feature designed to hold books and/or decorative items of your choosing. A single drawer w/ soft-close drawer slides nests directly above the handmade fridge vent.
THE kitchen.
The kitchen features a custom-shaped butcher block countertop complete with a deep basin stainless steel sink & matching spring-style faucet intended to be dual-purposed for an exterior showering solution. Water is supplied from a 28 gallon on-board reserve tank via on-demand PureFlo water pump. Features four generously-sized storage drawers with soft-close drawer slides to organize all the essentials. Below the sink you’ll find a single access door featuring a storage pocket for the included sink essentials. This space would also make a great stash spot for an induction cooktop.
Above the kitchen is one single overhead storage shelf designed for spices and/or decorative items of your choosing. The kitchen cabinet houses an enclosed 16 gallon self-venting grey water tank which includes a switch-activated dump valve to purge contents externally directly underneath the slider door. Underside dump valve features a GHT (garden hose thread) hookup point for convenience.
THE loft.
The Loft features a full-time dedicated bed setup made from a custom 4” thick slab of high density foam that measures 72” x 60” designed to sleep two adults in total comfort. This area features a pair of Van Windows Direct awning style bunk windows complete with removable screens for maximum air flow & ventilation. Four overhead storage cabinets complete w/ hydraulic lift arms & latch closures to pack in all the essentials. Directly below the bed is the access door for the pullout Thetford toilet which seats upon a custom made cart complete with soft-close ball bearing drawer slides.
THE garage.
Accessible from the rear cargo doors, directly underneath the loft bed, is a generously-sized 24 cubic foot storage space constructed entirely from birch plywood materials with numerous ventilation points for continuous airflow throughout. Measuring 48” deep x 36” wide x 24” high, it features LED lighting & a seamless integration of pergo flooring from the interior area.
On the drivers side, the garage houses the fully-enclosed 28 gallon water tank. This enclosure features a convenient hatch door to access the fresh water gravity fill valve. The SeeLevel water tank monitoring system control panel for quick verification of both fresh & grey water tank levels resides here as well. This area is rounded out with an additional storage cubby above the water tank for gear organization & stow away.
On the passenger side, the garage houses a fully-enclosed electrical compartment featuring all of the solar & battery system components. This space comes equipped with a smart lithium battery powered smoke alarm as well as a holstered quick-release fire extinguisher. The divider wall that separates the garage from the interior zone gives full view and accessibility to the isolated electrical & plumbing compartment zones via a convenient door.
Nestled between the interior cabin & the garage is the corridor region. It is here where the pullout toilet cart feature is accessible & utilized from the main interior via dedicated doorway. The corridor also features access to the fresh water systems on/off control, mesh screen filter component, accumulator & water pump. The electrical systems 120 volt breaker box can be accessed from here as well if necessary. An additional access door opens to the garage giving the ability for greater storage & transport capabilities as well as increased accessibility to electrical & plumbing.

CABINETRY
Handcrafted custom birch cabinets throughout primed & painted in satin swiss coffee finish. Seven generously-sized pullout storage drawers featuring soft-close ball bearing glides. One single pullout wine/liquor cabinet featuring a pair of soft-close ball bearing glides. Upper cabinet banks feature all birch construction w/ birch ply inlays, adjustable euro style hinges, hydraulic lift arms & latch closures. Lower cabinet doors feature various hingework with latch closures. All doors & drawers are constructed from birch plywood & feature handcrafted genuine cowhide leather pulls/handles.
COUNTERTOPS
1.5” thick handcrafted custom-shaped birch butcher block counters stained with danish oil & sealed with multiple coats of polycrylic.
CEILING
Custom milled to spec character-rich gorman pine slats stained/sealed/distressed in early american stain tone.
The ceiling is lined with KilMat noise deadening material. A fully-framed buildout with poly-iso insulation panels & great stuff spray foam an insulation sandwich of reflectix & poly-sio w/ spray foam. Includes an additional layer of reflectix for increased temperature control.
FLOORING
Premium grade Pergo DuraCraft waterproof luxury vinyl seated upon a solid ¾” plywood subfloor decking attached to a poly-iso insulated lumber subgrid with decking screws which in turn is adhered to the van floor with sikaflex adhesive bonding.
WALLS
Both the walls are lined with KilMat noise deadening material. Walls are completely wrapped with 3/4” gorman T&G paneling, completely primed & painted. These are layered over a fully framed lumber buildout with poly-iso insulation panels & great stuff spray foam. Includes an additional layer of reflectix for increased temperature control.
DOORS
The slider door & rear cargo doors are lined with Kilmat noise deadening material & feature hand shaped birch plywood insert panels either stained/sealed or painted overlapping thinsulate brand insulation. Lower rear cargo door panels are constructed from 1/2 “ birch panels designed to allow for organizational upfits & storage attachments of your choosing.
