THE LOUNGE.
The lounge is the place to kick your feet up and spread out across the 48” long x 20” wide chaise. Dine in or get some work done with the fully-adjustable Lagun table system utilizing the kitchen sinks cover as the table top. This area features a hideaway slideout cartridge toilet on a custom cart with drawer slides for easy accessibility. Nestled below the chaise is the maintenance-free Renogy electrical system. This robust system features 200ah of lithium battery power, 400 watts of rooftop solar intake & a 2000 watt inverter supplying pure sine-wave power to the appliances of your choosing. Overhead is a dual-compartment cabinet bank behind one single cabinet door complete w/ a hydraulic lift arm & latch closure. The slider door also features an overhead stash cubby for tucking away smaller items of your choosing. A swivel base has been added to the passenger seat for additional lounge seating.
THE kitchen.
Designed for the chef at heart, the 25” deep x 74” wide handcrafted birch butcher block countertop gives ample space for preparing gourmet meals. Included here is a deep basin 30” x 15” acrylic sink & spring-style faucet. Water is supplied from a portable 7 gallon fresh water tank via on-demand PureFlo water pump, accumulator & strainer system. Grey water is collected directly from the sink drain & contained in a portable 7 gallon water tank seated next to the fresh tank. The kitchen features a premium Dometic stainless steel 12v fridge/freezer combo tucked away behind a cabinet door, three additional storage drawers with ball-bearing drawer slides and one single large cabinet bank all give plenty of options to organize your kitchen essentials. Above the kitchen is an overhead bank of three individual storage cabinets complete with hydraulic lift-arm & latch closures. The kitchen also features a CR Laurence Dual T-Vent Window for maximum air flow & ventilation complete with Levolor cordless blackout blinds.
THE loft.
Full-time dedicated loft-style bed setup is made from a custom 4” thick slab of high density foam that measures 72” x 60” designed to sleep two adults in total comfort. The loft features a pair of CR Laurence sliding style bunk windows for maximum air flow & ventilation complete with Levolor cordless blackout blinds. Two large overhead storage cabinets complete w/ hydraulic lift arms & latch closures to pack in all the essentials.
THE garage.
Directly underneath the loft bed is a generously-sized 40 cubic-inch open storage space to tote all your belongings. Divided into three compartments, the main storage space measures 60” deep x 48” wide x 22” high & features switch-activated LED lighting for convenience. Two individual 35” long x 11” wide x 11” high cubbies are built-in as well. The divider wall that separates the garage from the interior zone features an access door that gives full view and accessibility stowed-away goods. Beneath the garage space is a 60” x 25” slideout birch butcher block picnic table resting upon heavy duty drawer slides.
THE exterior.
This rig is all decked out with aftermarket OWL overland matte black rims, like-new Falken all-terrain tires & deluxe roof-mounted Fiamma awning. A deluxe MaxxAir 10-speed ceiling fan complete with rain shield gives freedom for ventilation in all weathers. Up top also features 400 watts worth of solar panels providing clean & reliable power to the lithium battery system.

Handcrafted custom birch cabinets throughout primed & painted in satin swiss coffee finish. Storage drawers feature all birch construction w/ ball bearing glides & latch closures. Upper cabinet banks feature all birch construction w/ birch ply inlays, adjustable euro style hinges, hydraulic lift arms & latch closures. Lower cabinet doors feature all birch construction w/ adjustable euro style hinges & latch closures. All doors & drawers are constructed from birch plywood & feature handcrafted genuine cowhide leather pulls/handles.
COUNTERTOPS
1.5” thick handcrafted custom-shaped birch butcher block counters stained in Minwax Gel Stain Dark Walnut and sealed with multiple coats of polycrylic.
CEILING
Custom milled to spec pine slats stained/sealed in Minwax Dark Walnut Gel Stain. The ceiling is lined with KilMat noise deadening material. A fully-framed buildout with poly-iso insulation panels and great stuff spray foam. Includes an added layer of reflectix for increased temperature regulation.
WALLS
Both the walls are lined with KilMat noise deadening material. Walls are completely wrapped with 3/4” gorman T&G paneling, completely primed & painted in swiss coffee satin finish. These are layered over a fully framed lumber buildout with poly-iso insulation panels & great stuff spray foam.
FLOORING
Premium grade Pergo DuraCraft waterproof luxury vinyl seated upon a solid ¾” plywood subfloor decking attached to a poly-iso insulated lumber subgrid with decking screws which in turn is adhered to the van floor with sikaflex adhesive bonding.
DOORS
The rear cargo doors are lined with Kilmat deadening material and insulated with recycled denim. They feature hand shaped birch plywood insert panels stained in Minwax Dark Walnut Gel Stain and sealed with a polycrylic finish. The slider door is lined with Kilmat deadening material and insulated with a combination of poly-iso, spray foam & recycled denims. The door is completely covered with ¾” Gorman tongue-and-groove panels primed & painted with a matching swiss coffee satin finish.
THE FINE DEETS.
This gently-used, low-mileage 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 was built in 2020 by Monroe Built at the complete direction of the original owners.
The van traded hands to its current owner in the spring of 2023. Current mileage is roughly 42,600.
The buildout was recently combed-over by the builder with numerous improvements facilitated & small repairs addressed including
a full exterior re-seal of the ceiling fan, solar PV clam and solar footings.
The van is being sold “as-is” by the current owner with all features described. Vehicle title is clean, non-salvage status, completely clear & in hand.
